This custom studio space was designed from the ground up with intend to provide a cultured & intimate atmosphere where Hair Artists are inspired to create beautifully. We hope you love it as much as we do & look forward to seeing you soon. No Refunds : We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the Salon, you have 72 hours to contact the Salon to discuss your needs going forward. Grace period : To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment, otherwise let your stylist know you will arrive late. We do allow a 15 minute grace period, Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule. We have the right to decline any service, since we work on a scheduled service basis.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
The West Beauty Salon values your time and that it is fair to honor the same policies in return. The West Beauty Collective Salon charges a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Here at Salon we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.
